The Associate Degree of Culinary Management has been designed to equip you with specialist knowledge. Satisfactory completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent overseas secondary education is required. Australian students require an ATAR 60. If you do not meet the ATAR requirement, you may be eligible for Special Entry. International students require IELTS Academic 6.0 or equivalent with no skills band less than 5.5.
